TEACHING

IESS represents the alternative to traditional schools.

Born to meet the challenges of modernity, it goes beyond the traditional approach to learning thanks to a teaching method that focuses on results, rather than grades, which allows you to actively participate in lessons and learn from experience, in close contact with teachers.

Educational organization

The four-month period is divided into 3 teaching periods, each lasting approximately 6 weeks.

We only give grades at the end of the period. So you don't just think about the grade, but about improving every day. And in the end, the grades will be better too.

Timetable for teaching purposes

Unlike traditional teaching, based on 5/6 daily lessons of 50/60 minutes, IESS teaching is based on only 3 daily lessons, each lasting 100 minutes.

Organized in this way, the timetable allows you to work more in depth on fewer subjects every day and to leave ample space for laboratories, thanks to which you put theory into practice and consolidate the topics covered already in class.

Study method

At home, continue the work you started in class, following the study instructions provided by the teachers. Learning is not based on mechanical study for tests and quizzes, but on the method and constant daily commitment. IESS provides you with specific training on the study method, which allows you to independently organize your afternoon work and study effectively.

Pay attention to the result

IESS innovative teaching focuses not on grades but on real learning outcomes.

The progress of the results is tested every day through specific formative tests, following which the teachers do not assign grades, but feedback on the activities carried out and suggestions for improvement, so that the student is aware of his/her shortcomings and takes action promptly to remedy them.

The best teaching technology

In the IESS method, new technologies play a fundamental role.

All classrooms are digital and equipped with IWB and WIFI. The internet and the most up-to-date software are used in class.

Teachers and students have a personal iPad, on which the best “apps” for teaching are available, which allow them to collaborate easily even from home.

Lessons, teaching materials and study instructions are always available on the school's online courses and can be accessed via iPad even from home.

Attention to the student

Every student is unique and has different qualities and talents. That's why we put them at the center of our project, to enhance uniqueness.

The small size of the classes, composed of a maximum of 25 students, the continuous dialogue with the teachers and the active support of a tutor, who follows him in his personal and scholastic path, in close contact with the family, allow each student to live a serene scholastic experience and to grow in a climate of trust and collaboration.

Transversal Skills

Educating means not only transferring knowledge, but carrying out a deeper formative action, transmitting values and skills destined to last over time.

For this reason, we provide you not only with an education related to ministerial disciplines, but with a broader education in a modern key, also based on transversal skills that are fundamental for your education.
