Suitable for students with a talent for mathematical thinking and interested in scientific subjects, to have a laboratory experience and to continue their studies also in English.
It is a new advanced scientific program, already adopted by schools worldwide, that teaches you how to use science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to solve real-world problems.
From the English acronym “Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics”, STEM education applies the scientific method to everyday life, integrating tools from different disciplines to solve concrete problems in innovative ways.
You will develop the right mix of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, as well as critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. These will enable you to face the challenges of university and the professional world as a protagonist.
If you are passionate about challenges related to the environment, health, and society, Applied Sciences is the winning choice.
The final qualification is in Scientific Studies, with an Applied Sciences option.

Students participate in interactive workshops where they can experience the IESS method with the help of our current students. Open Days are held in person. Reservation is required.
Stage: Spending a morning at school is an exciting way to experience a typical day at IESS firsthand, alongside older students. Open classes, workshops, group work, and dialogue with teachers allow students to get to know the Active Learning method and understand what it means to learn in an active way! Stages are always open.
Visits: A meeting with the Headmaster can be a great opportunity to gather more information, clarify doubts, and explore personal situations. It can also be the chance to visit the school, learn more about the IESS method, or gain a deeper understanding of the teaching approach for certain subjects.
